밍크 담요의 모습. 오른쪽 제일 하단의 제품에는 Made In Korea가 새겨져 있다. 두바이가 밤에는 춥기 때문에 밍크 담요가 필요하며, 한 해 사용하고 버린다고 한다.

두바이는 이슬람 국가로써 보수적이기 때문에, 여성은 차도르를 입어 외부에 겉모습 노출을 최소화 한다. 시장에서 판매하는 원색적인 속옷과 대비가 된다.
Dubai is an islamic country, and women usually wears chador to veil their appearance. The contrast of black chador and colorful underwear is impressive.

기네스북에 등재되어 있는 세계에서 가장 큰 반지. 무게는 68.37kg이며 21K 금 58.8497kg을 사용하였고, 크리스탈 25.850캐럿을 사용하였다. 두바이 사람들은 기네스북에 오르는 것을 좋아하는 것 같다.
The largest gold ring in the world recorded by Guinness World Records. The ring weighs 63.87 kilograms, containing 58,849.7 grams of 21 karat gold and 25.850 carats of crystal stones. Dubai people would care so much about the Guinness World Records.

팜 주메이라의 위성 사진. 팜 주메이라는 야자수 모양의 인공섬이며, 두바이 정부가 소유한 Nahkeel 회사에 의해 매립을 하여 만들어졌다. 주메이라는 지역 이름이며 아랍어로 아름다운을 의미한다.
